Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you total authority over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, create e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against spam emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming email messages according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Just specify the mailbox account you want to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest.
